Tracey worked in a corporate business environment in London and Hertfordshire for over twenty years prior to joining the Trust in June 2016.

Tracey worked in a corporate business environment in London and Hertfordshire for over twenty years prior to joining the Trust in June 2016.  She previously enjoyed a successful career working in Human Resources, Change Management, Project Management and Process Improvement roles.  In 2019 Tracey took on the role of Operations Manager to lead the delivery of administrative and operational services across the Trust.  In February 2023 Tracey will move into a new role, focussing on the Trusts People Strategy to help drive a prioritised action plan, designed to attract, develop, engage and retain our most important asset; our staff.
